DANCERS COMPANY STUDIO PERFORMANCE
A Classical Triple Bill.

The Dancers Company will be travelling throughout South Australia, Victoria, Broken Hill and the Northern Territory this year. The Australian Ballet Society has proudly supported The Dancers Company since its inaugural performance in Canberra on 31 May 1980. This year, we are privileged to offer Society Members this Studio Performance of Swan Lake (Act III), Paquita and a New Work choreographed by Simon Dow with graduating Students of The Australian Ballet School. There will be Afternoon Tea following the performance.
VENUE: The Primrose Potter Australian Ballet Centre, Level 5, 2 Kavanagh St. Southbank.

EVENING FUNCTION ~ POINTE SHOES.
The History and Manufacture of Pointe Shoes.

Presented by SANDIE WINDSOR-RICHARDS,
National Manager, Dance Productions & Services at J BLOCH Pty. Ltd.
An entertaining and informative evening with a pointe shoe display, film of pointe shoes being made, also film of class with company dancers in 1996 as well as film of Irina Dvorovenko, Principal with the American Ballet Theatre. Come up close and personal! Take this opportunity to try on a pair of pointe shoes!
